It has been reported, her mother said Tango was always a good swimmer, and that she believes foul play is involved.
Also there's a video of her dancing on (I don't know what it's called) but... like a step/(ledge?) outside of the boat and she was fearless while doing so. Not worried at all. And while she was dancing on this step the boat was going very fast. So it doesn't seem she was afraid of the water, and she knew how to swim.
And don't take my word for it, but I read: 5 of 6 suspects charged with “recklessness causing death”.
That would be those who were on board the boat at that time I believe.
