The fatal victim was identified as Cristopher Agustín Ayala Benítez, 24, 

resident of Cañadita, Ñemby, who was located on Pratt Gill Street near South Access, 

in the Pa'i Ñu neighborhood, in the parking lot of an entertainment venue called DT, 

where the lomitería works on the sidewalk.



Cristopher was helped by the Volunteer Firefighters, but despite resuscitation, 

the young man did not respond. The forensic doctor, Dr. Rocio Villalobos, 

inspected the body and diagnosed as cause of death Skull Trauma due to gunshot.



According to the report of the Seventh Police Station of Ñemby,

the author was arrested hours later and was identified as Martín Israel Ramírez Thompson,

21 years old; The 22-caliber revolver was found in his possession.
