The victim suffered injuries in one of the legs and was rescued alive by 

SAMU to the local hospital. There is no information on the identity of the tire repairman.



A tire exploded while being calibrated and left a tire repairman injured, 

on the morning of this Wednesday (17), in Tabocas do Brejo Velho. 

According to information, the accident happened on Avenida Brasil, in the center of the city.



Security camera footage shows the moment of the explosion. 

At 9:08 am, the worker is crouching beside the tire when the situation occurs. 

The wheel reaches the roof of the tire shop and, when falling, knocks over a motorcycle.

The professional, on the other hand, is lying on the ground, while people inside the 

establishment try to help him and call SAMU. According to city sources, 

the victim suffered injuries to one of the legs and was rescued alive by SAMU to the local hospital. According to the 

website Gazeta5, there is no information about the 

identity of the tire repairman or the evolution of his health condition.
