Thaynã Higor, 25, was shot dead by a man in front of a restaurant in
Praia Grande. Parathlete was the first victim of the shooter,
who invaded the establishment and killed another man.

Confederation (CBPJJ), Thaynã Higor, 25, was shot dead by a man in front
of a restaurant in Praia Grande , on the coast of São Paulo, on Wednesday night. (12). According to the authorities, the parathlete was the first victim
of the shooter, who invaded the establishment and killed another man.
Thaynã Higor was waiting for a transport when he was approached
by the criminal, around 11 pm, in front of the Katsuya restaurant,
located on Marechal Mallet Avenue. The video shows the man shooting
at the parathlete, who died on the spot.
The images also show that, after the shooting, three customers who were in the restaurant were scared
and tried to leave the place. Then the shooter pointed the gun at the customers, who ran back to the store.
Afterwards, the shooter entered the restaurant and pointed the gun at other customers.
The man fired one more shot and shot an elderly man.
According to the Praia Grande Public Security Department , the elderly man was attended by
the Emergency Care Service (Samu) and sent in serious condition to the Sister Dulce Municipal Hospital.
He was 67 years old and died this Thursday (13). His identity has not been confirmed by authorities.
Still according to the municipal administration, the author of the shots fled towards Avenida Ecológica.
He was chased by locals and entered a pizzeria, where he took hostages. At the scene,
the military police managed to arrest the criminal, who was taken to the Praia Grande Police Station.
The case is investigated.
