Brazil. Thursday (13), a minor (17) was apprehended by the Civil Police after he executed his former stepfather, in the middle of the street.

According to the Civil Police, the young man made three shots against the victim S. C., of 64 years. To police, the shooter said a shot failed. "He had three bullets in the 38th revolver and according to him, one shot failed.

The boy, according to information from the Civil Police, was a former step-son of the victim. "The victim was his former stepfather and had a relationship with his mother," police told.

The victim left the court building after a conciliation hearing in which he was responding against charges for the crime of aggression against his ex wife when he was surprised by the 17-year-old man. It is not certain, but it seems that the crime was motivated by former aggressions inflicted on the mother.

On leaving the scene, the author of the crime crossed the street. Police went to the young man's residence where he was located and seized.

The gun, a .38 caliber revolver, was numbered (scraped), and was found hidden in the park's vegetation, after the young man reported his location to the investigators. The boy had no criminal record, and will respond for homicide when there is intent to kill.
