I've been thinking about how to kill myself for a long time now. I recently came across this method, and they say it's "painless", without the panic of asphyxia and that kind of silly stuff. I don't really want to cut my veins open or jump from my fucking rooftop. I tried to make a makeshift gun but It exploded, and I can't get the drugs needed to overdose to death; but this seems likely to work, and it's rather affordable for me. Does anyone have second opinions about this? Or more useful info on the topic? Thanks.
*Note: I know I have to use a helium tank with a pressure valve, otherwise the pressure would be too overwhelming and that'd end in a barotrauma and internal bleeding instead (I'm not a big fan of that); the thing is I don't know what the pressure should approximately be.
