I swear it looks like that guy kicks the kid underwater a bunch of times to see if he is moving, and then just casually flops the kid off to the side while he was still underwater. This is a tradition in Asia. We have like half a dozen of similar clips on here already. Why would any parents let their kids go into deep water in the first place, If they can not even swim without help. And then those fucking adults/parents/and even other kids dont notice shit at all.
