Happened in the evening of November 5, 2023, probably in or somewhere near Vitebsk, Belarus

41 years old Alexey Kutis from Vitebsk died after reportedly drinking too much vodka. Everything was broadcasted live on YouTube channel ОКОЛОКОНТОРЫ (OKOLOKONTORY).

People watching were donating money and telling Alexey and people in the room, to make him drink more. According to people who were watching the stream, he was lying on the sofa for 40 minutes, before someone came to him, only to notice, that he was basically dead.

When they did noticed that Alexey was dead, the quickly turned off the livestream and deleted it. On their Telegram channel they posted this:

"Alexey Kutis (Shlyuz) passed away. Rest in peace..."

 

“He’s just blue already.” In Vitebsk, a man died during a trash stream 

In Vitebsk for several years there have been several YouTube channels about the life of local gambling fans. Between videos about travel, going to football games and various fairly harmless activities, the organizers organized trash streams, during which participants drank alcohol for money and did various tasks. Another broadcast ended in tragedy.

One of these channels is called “Okolokontori”, it has just under 5 thousand subscribers. It separated from the more successful channel “Gentlemen of Fortune” 56.5 thousand, but the heroes of the two channels are the same - Vitebsk gambling addicts and alcoholics.

Last night there was a stream on the channel that ended in tragedy. In the announcement of the broadcast, the participants stated that they were ready to do any task for money, including drinking a bottle of vodka in one gulp.

One of the participants did this and immediately lost consciousness. They put him on the sofa and continued the stream. After a long time, viewers noticed that the man had turned blue, but no one reacted.

By the time they noticed, it was already too late. The recording of the broadcast was promptly deleted from the channel, but videos of people trying to be revived are being spread across Telegram channels.

In the morning, condolences appeared on the channels regarding the death of Alexei Kutis, nicknamed Sluesbury.
