Due to a dispute over a parking space, a man was killed and two others were injured, allegedly by a 19 year old young man, identified as Ismael Rocha Aviles, who was arrested and sent to the Barrientos prison, where a judge sentenced him to criminal proceedings this weekend.

On May 12, a shooting occurred on the corner of Valle de México and Valle de Zumpango

At the site, a young man got into an angry argument over a parking space on the street, in which he allegedly received complaints from pedestrians and other drivers.

In response, according to witnesses and a video, Ismael pulled out a firearm and fired at a man who did not even participate in the fight, who only approached to try to mediate, who was left dead in front of the Oxxo store at the intersection of Valle de Mexico and Zumpango.

Ismael fled the scene in a compact car, accompanied by a young woman, but they were detained by police, who presented them before the Public Prosecutor's Office, the woman was released.
