On December 5th, the first trial of the case of a man in Liuzhou, Guangxi, who killed his neighbor with an axe, was held. On May 15th, the killer Liu Mouqing came to the store operated by Ms. Xiong and her husband Liao Mouqiang with an axe and struck Liao Mouqiang's head, causing him to fall to the ground and unable to stand up. Liu Mouqing continued to chop several times towards his neck and abdomen. According to a report from the public security organs, Liao Mouqiang died after unsuccessful rescue efforts, and Liu Mouqing surrendered himself.
