On Saturday, January 27, the Bataysk City Telegram channel published a video from the Solnechny Krug store, in which a frightening incident occurred.

The cameras captured a customer who came to the store on Kirova, 13. For about a minute, the visitor was choosing a suitable knife in the tableware department, after which he walked behind the shelves and froze. It seemed that for several moments he could not decide on what he was going to do, but then the man slowly undressed, lifted his T-shirt and inflicted several deep wounds on himself, running a knife through his arms and stomach. He filmed the entire process on his phone.

The man was apparently helped by store patrons who spotted him as he began to lose consciousness from severe blood loss.

“The bloodied visitor was hospitalized. Whether he survived is unknown. There are no official comments about what happened yet,” the message said.

“Delirium tremens”, “What must be going on in your head to do this”, “Maybe blackmail...forced”, the residents of Bataysk were horrified.
