Husband in South Africa killed his unfaithful whale wife and her lover

An Akure-based socialite and filling station owner, Sesan Adelabu, popularly known as Emirate, has reportedly committed suicide after killing his wife, Bolu, in Akure, Ondo state capital

The socialite was said to have committed suicide by drinking an insect-killing substance, after machetted his wife to death in their Alagbaka home.

It was gathered that the wife’s lifeless body was left on her matrimonial bed while the remains of her husband was found inside his toilet after drinking the insecticide.

A source close to the late Adelabu, who confirmed the incident to our reporter said there had been love lost between the couple lately.

“I can’t confirm what led to this, but I know the two of them had not been on good terms recently. It’s a sad one for us tonight, especially we members of his club,” he said.

Adelabu, according to sources, has a chain of business investments including Petrol stations in Akure, the Ondo state capital.

However, the corpses of the couple have been deposited at the Akure General hospital mortuary.

Confirming the development, the State Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Funmi Odunlami, when contacted, said that the socialite murdered the wife and thereafter committed suicide by drinking sniper.

She added that the state Police Commissioner, Abayomi Oladipo, has ordered the Homicide section of the State Criminal Investigation Department to take over the case.
