The tragic accident in which a woman was killed by a train on Wednesday afternoon was captured by road safety cameras located in the municipality of Escobedo, Nuevo Leon.

In the strong images of seven seconds, it can be seen how the woman was walking on the train tracks located on Manuel L Barragán and Benito Juárez avenues.

In the recording, the young woman is seen walking parallel to the tracks and heading south, when suddenly she is run over by the train.

According to witnesses at the scene, the victim was walking along the tracks while using her cell phone and was wearing her headphones, so it is presumed that she did not notice the train passing by.

However, this situation will be investigated by the corresponding authorities in order to determine the cause of the fatal accident.

It is worth mentioning that the physical characteristics of the woman were not disclosed, nor was her identity informed.
