PHILADELPHIA - Surveillance video provided to FOX 29 captures a disturbing scene that shows a suspect fatally shoot a 23-year-old man who was standing outside a store in West Philadelphia Saturday night.
According to police, the shooting occurred just before 8 p.m. Saturday on the Unit block of North 52nd Street.
