When they're done they upload the video, a third party watches it and releases the money of all conditions have been met, then sends video to the party that ordered it. If conditions haven't been met they show the video to the person or people who ordered it and then release all or part of the money, depending on an agreement. That's why some videos are so savage. Not sure how it's not obvious to you but she is the person who agreed to assume the responsibility for said drugs, if the drugs go missing, no matter what she says, it's easier for them to assume that she stole them because the drugs are almost always stolen and resold by the person they're given to. People who sell these drugs aren't idiots, they have statistics, methodologies, patterns, experience, like any other business. The likelyhood of her not finding the drugs or having then stolen is minuscule and, if she did lose them then she will serve as a warning to others, regardless of whether or not she is guilty of anything.
