The Moscow Region Prosecutor's Office has taken control of establishing the details of the incident that occurred in the entrance of a residential building on Pionerskaya Street in Korolev. There, on the night of July 23, a man attacked a local resident. This was reported by the press service of the regional supervisory agency.
It has been preliminarily established that the man was in the vestibule of the entrance. First, he sprayed pepper spray in the face of a local resident, and then hit her on the head with a bottle. After that, the suspect fled the scene.
"The identity of the attacker has now been established, and police officers are conducting operational and investigative measures to detain him," the prosecutor's office clarified. A criminal case has been opened under Part 2 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Hooliganism).
