Long story short: This thing is a Russian influencer named Kirill Tereshin. He became semi-famous, in Russia, mainly for injecting Synthol into his arms in order to LOOK like a bodybuilder but without any annoying bodybuilding involved. He became disfigured and weird-looking but earned himself a nickname "Ruki-Bazuki", which translates to "Bazooka Arms" and, becsuse he was a curious oddity, like many other freaks before and after him he quickly rose to semi-fame, mainly because people love the idiots willing to mutilate themselves willingly for give seconds of YouTube spotlight but, unfortunately for this fucking mutant, the novelty of his disfigured arms, unproportionate to the rest of his body, quickly wore off but since this fagozoid got used to the finer things in life, such as electricity and people not ignoring him, decided that he will get a few botched plastic surgeries and do whatever he can to remain in the spotlightm... Naturally, he ended up doing anything and everything he could, posting cringe videos, doing amateur porn, to stay YouTube famous... But even that didn't work so he turned to influencing and this video is him promoting a Russian airfare company called "I Fly", the latter did not ask for this promo nor ever offered to pay him, as a matter of fact, when this video popped up they sent him a letter asking him to fuck off and threatening him with a lawsuit. Since then, he made multiple atrmeots to take this video down, even sued Yandex (a Russian equivalent of "Google", beter in evree vey zen gugel, no analog in ze vest) forcing them to take it down because even he was embarrassed by it, which says a lot just about how fucking stupid this video is.
