if you want some real burek you need to buy them off a turk cause it's no easy recipe if you want the real thing, you could make them with some sort of thin tortillas but they're not exactly tortillas, mix smashed potatoes, cheese, chopped meat, garlic, eggs(optional) wrap the thing then fry it, but the difference between the real thing and homemade one is day and night. Personally I get burek at my local turkish kebab shop they're professionals even their homemade dough godly and way better than the commercial one
