A video was circulated on social media in which alleged municipal police officers from Guanajuato commit acts of abuse of authority against two subjects who were arrested, going so far as to humiliate them and even make them hit each other.

In the material shared on social media, it can be seen that the uniformed officers forced two men, whose identity is unknown, to kiss each other, while they shouted at them “Stick your tongues in each other's mouths, kiss each other well, come on you sons of bitches or I'll kill you” and they laughed.

According to some reports, one of those involved in these acts would be Christian Eduardo Morales Palomino, current commissioner of Region IV of the State Public Security Forces (FSPE) , along with at least three other police elements from Guanajuato.

After that, the alleged police officers made the two subjects fight each other , assuring them that whoever won the fight would be able to go free, while the loser would be arrested.

Despite this, at one point in the video, the uniformed officers intervene in the fight to hit and kick the detainees , who were already on the ground.
