Watan: A video clip showed the moment of shooting at the young man, Rabhi Al-Shalabi, from Jenin camp, who was later declared dead.

The video shows the shooting by a military jeep belonging to the security services at the young man, Rabhi Muhammad Al-Shalabi, 19 years old, from Jenin camp, and his cousin, Hassan Al-Shalabi, who was injured and transferred to Jenin Hospital for treatment.

In another video clip, the injured young man, Hassan Al-Shalabi, narrated his testimony and the details of what happened to them, confirming that members of the security services shot them from zero distance from inside the military vehicle.

Commenting on these clips, the official spokesman for the security forces, Brigadier General Anwar Rajab, confirmed that "the security establishment confirms its full commitment to its national role in maintaining order and law, and establishing stability and community security."

He pointed out that "the security forces will closely follow up on what is being circulated to determine all the details and uncover the circumstances and circumstances of the unfortunate incident that is being circulated on social media, including video recordings, statements and news related to the incident that claimed the life of the martyr Rabhi Muhammad Rabhi, 19 years old, a resident of the Jabriyat neighborhood - Jenin."

He explained that "the security establishment, based on its duties and within the framework of its national commitment, will continue its efforts to preserve and protect the blood of citizens, in line with its doctrine that considers Palestinian blood a red line that cannot be touched or allowed to be crossed."

He pointed out that the security services will inform the public of the developments and results that will be reached with complete transparency and courage.

This statement contradicts a previous statement issued by Rajab this afternoon following the incident in which he said that the young man, Shalabi, was killed by gunmen he described as outlaws. Rajab said that the young man, Shalabi, "died from his wounds as a result of a sinful targeting carried out by an outlaw group while his motorcycle was passing through an area of a fabricated clash by the outlaws on Abu Al-Hija Street in the city of Jenin."
