It's really not that stupid. Someone who has been punched in the face a few times will fear it less and less, will know how it feels, will know what to expect, will know a little more what they're made of, what they're capable of, what they can confront. I pity anyone who has never been punched hard in the face by age 30 or so. Because they'll most likely do ANYTHING to avoid that punch in the face the rest of their lives. Run away screaming, beg like a dog, surrender their wallet, suck cock, whatever it takes. They'd likely be incapable and unwilling to defend themselves at all.
As possibly the only girl on this site I can say their form is terrible. I think it helps to have ex-bfs that beat the shit out of you, like i had, which makes you learn really quick on how to defend yourself from endless beatings. Although ruff, it did make me stronger.

Btw, the punch to the nose, as you saw in the last hit, really hurts the worst. I've had that done to me many times. It's never easy. I've never gotten anything broken though even with pyscho ex that never held back on his punches.
