The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case after a video was published in which a teenager in Dzerzhinsk shoots a drunk man in the face. Investigators assessed the incident as hooliganism committed by a group of people, the Telegram channel "Sledkom" reports .

It all happened on Khimikov Boulevard. The footage shows one of the teenagers, wearing a medical mask, approaching a half-naked man sitting by a bench and hitting him on the head.
