A man threw himself this Tuesday, February 1, 2022 from a window on the 17th floor of one of the buildings in Puerto Santa Ana , a tourist area in the north-central Guayaquil, next to the Guayas River.
The causes that the man, presumably a foreigner, had to make the decision are unknown.
According to witnesses, at dawn he began to scream and throw objects from the apartment window . Neighbors recorded sounds of destruction inside the house.
