This maniac appeared out of nowhere and started tearing down no-parking signs from a pole, cutting off his finger (hence the blood). He then lunged at me and JamesHarvey2503, at which point onegenmedia stepped in and knocked him down.
The man continued walking towards us. He then tried to steal RBMSteve's bag, which resulted in him being knocked to the ground again.
The police quickly arrived, and the man attacked the van, hitting the side mirror. The officer reacted quickly and tasered him.
I apologize for the shaky video; it was terrifying. I started recording as quickly as I could, about 30 seconds after the altercation began.
ALL THE BLOOD IN THE RECORDING WAS FROM THE MAN'S FINGER, AFTER IT WAS CUT ON THE SIGN."
