by trying to sound smart, you actually sound stupid. the not moving part only applies if person has possible broken bones. she clearly did not suffer any broken bones. she might have concussion and moving a person who has concussion doesn't make it worse.

do you even know what concussion is? it's when your brain moves inside your skull so fast that it gets "smashed" from side to side, dislodging particles and generally messing brain up, which is why some people lose consciousness when they get hit hard in the head.
after it happens, brain no longer moves and it makes no difference if you move the person or not, as long as you don't bang that person's head again then it won't make a difference.

reason why paramedics STRONGLY suggest NOT to move person after accident, is cos they might have broken bones or other internal injuries that can get a lot worse by moving them, like neck injuries in car accidents are common, in which case paramedics put the neck collar on just to be sure, even if they don't know if there's neck injury, they put it on anyways. but it has nothing to do with concussion or slight beating. there's no danger of causing further injuries to a person.
