The guy on his porch is Charles Cole.
The tough acting punk "was" Charles Blankenship, age 24.
Most guys at age 24 are decent young men...Blankenship wasn't, he was a trouble-making punk.
This happened in 1995, and Mr. Cole had a surveillance camera on his porch that captured the entire event.
Charles Cole and others in the neighborhood had ongoing problems with Blankenship, and Cole was armed with a gun on this particular evening and had just had enough of Blankenship's bull-shit.
Blankenship...acting like a bad-ass...comes onto Cole's porch to start a fight with him.
Cole immediately fires four bullets into Blankenship.
Blankenship collapses onto the porch, yelling and moaning in pain like a girly-man.
He died a few minutes after being shot.
Cole was charged with the killing, tried, and convicted, but he only served a little less than 9 years in prison and was paroled in early 2004.
