Bulk fiber includes: Broccoli, cauliflower, avocado, cabbage. Their diet is missing most of these things. They do include onions and other shit like herbs, but it's sparingly.
This is like the 20th guy to die from heart failure in that region. Is it from electrical powerlines in this vid? I don't know. But it looks like heart failure to me.
