On the evening of January 14, Hung Yen Provincial Police announced that they are mobilising forces to urgently apprehend a suspect connected to two particularly serious murder cases that occurred consecutively in the area.

According to initial information, the first incident took place earlier that afternoon in an industrial park area. At that time, a woman was attacked and died at the scene. Based on evidence found at the site, authorities suspect this was a robbery-murder.

After committing the crime, the suspect used the victim’s motorcycle to travel to Lạc Đạo Commune and continued committing crimes. There, residents’ security cameras recorded a woman being attacked by the suspect right in front of her house. After causing the death of the second victim, the suspect quickly fled the scene.

The suspect was identified as 25-year-old Kiểu Ngọc Anh, who has since been apprehended.
