Wtf!??
This is a perfect example of a people who have no couth or moral aptitude whatsoever. I have lived along side them , I have gone to school with them, I have seen them interact with others , Ive even observed how they raise their offspring, Etc…. I can truly say these people do not fall into the category of a human , they come somewhere just above the bipedal / Ape class animal and a human, somewhere in the middle.
