Brutal murder of a young man in Pathankot: Companion called, others attacked with an ax; There was a fight 6 months ago, the incident was captured in CCTV

In Mohalla Abrol Nagar in Pathankot, Punjab, a youth named Rahul was murdered with an ax in a horrifying manner. In the incident captured in CCTV, it came to light that a youth was talking to Rahul, another youth who came close to him attacked him with an ax. When Rahul fell down, he was hit with an ax until he died. The accused youth also created a ruckus there. The reason for the murder is said to be a minor dispute a year ago. Police is engaged in investigation.

About 6 months ago, Rahul had a fight with Gurdeep Singh over dumping cow dung in the street. Later, the differences between the people were resolved, but despite this, Gurdeep Singh still kept enmity in his mind. Last night his friend Deepak aka Tattoo called him for the first conversation. After which Gurdeep Singh attacked.

Sadar police station in-charge Kuljinder Singh said that on the basis of the statement of the father of the deceased, a case has been registered under Sections 302, 341 and 34 of IPC in Police Division-1. The body has been handed over to the relatives after the postmortem. Police are searching for Gurdeep and his accomplice, accused of murder.
