Just to be clear, in the original game incest is only one of the outcomes, which are entirely based on the player's decisions. If you play the game and the two siblings end up fucking each other, you have no one to blame but yourself. What really does happen throughout the story is they do Satanic ritual killings on anyone that tries to limit their freedom.
