Yeah, D.C electric current. Not used in developed countries except for extremely high voltage, Like Scrap Iron and steel plants. With DC, even low voltage causes muscle paralysis like in the video. You don’t get zapped like in the USA, over there you get lock jaw and eventually catch on fire. Like a bug zapper!
