On the morning of April 2, Hue city authorities began investigating the cause of a traffic accident that killed two people and injured two people in the area.

The accident happened at around 1:20 a.m. on April 2. At that time, Mr. TVD (born 1995, residing on Dang Huy Tru street, Phuoc Vinh ward, Hue city) was driving a motorbike with registration number 75F1 - 755.77 on Dien Bien Phu street, from Phan Chu Trinh street to Dao Tan.

When arriving in front of house No. 106 Dien Bien Phu Street (Truong An Ward, Hue City), the motorbike driven by TVD collided with motorbike BKS 75D1 - 429.43 carrying 3 people, including: TVQH (born 1999, resident). Chi Lang street, Gia Hoi ward), NVM (born 1997, residing on Hoang Xuan Han street, Thuan Loc ward) and TTH (born 1998, residing on Nguyen Chi Thanh street, same Hue city) go in the opposite direction.

The impact was so strong that both motorbikes were damaged and deformed. Two victims , TVD and TTH, died on the spot; The remaining 2 people were injured and unconscious and were transferred to the emergency room at Hue Central Hospital.
