The Prosecutor's Office of the Stavropol Territory took control of the progress and results of the investigation into a criminal case of hooliganism, initiated following a conflict in Nevinnomyssk.
Let us remind you that a brawl between 14 young people occurred in the industrial capital of the region on the night of June 17.
As reported by the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Stavropol, the conflict occurred on domestic grounds. Police arrived at the scene and detained two participants in the mass brawl. Administrative protocols were drawn up against them for petty hooliganism and disobedience to a lawful order of a police officer.
The identities and whereabouts of the remaining participants in the conflict are now being established.
However, according to information from the regional prosecutor's office, the “administration” was not enough.
“Based on this fact, the investigative department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in Nevinnomyssk opened a criminal case under Part 2 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism). The prosecutor’s office coordinates the work of law enforcement agencies to establish all the circumstances of the crime, as well as the persons who committed it,” the supervisory agency reported .
