I am about 4 miles from the border of Las Flores / Progresso Mx. Once you cross into there , it's actually pretty calm with people trying to sell you knick knacks But go about 10 miles in ...well...we just don't. We also avoid taxis there and crossing any trucks or SUVs is a no no. They have a few Mexican Military with their weapons right at the crossing entrance on their side. Sometimes they break out the giant military Tank and park the bitch there xD. Haven't seen it in a good while though. The one we actually worry about is Reynosa and anything deep past that. that's where shit like this goes down
